Kimberly and I went down to St. George for a week and enjoyed some nice warm weather. While there we had a baby shower for my friend Brandy, went to a reception for a friend from high school, watched the Superbowl at Maga and Papas, and spent some time with family. We also had a warm enough day that Kylee put the top down on her car. Kimberly's first convertible ride. And she LOVED it. I think we may have a baby that will want one when she gets older. She has actually asked to go riding in Ky Ky's car a couple times sense being home.

~Pregnancy~

~27 Weeks~

(even though I am one day shy of being 30 weeks)

I feel like I never post about this pregnancy!!!! It is true that the second, third, and so on babies kind of get the shaft when it comes to things. I started taking pictures of my pregnancy with Kimberly at 26 weeks so I wanted to take one around the same time with this pregnancy so I could compare. I really do feel like this baby is lower than what Kimberly was but the pictures are actually quit similar. I am slightly bigger with this baby. I started this pregnancy at the weight I ended Kimberly's. (Not to happy about that but oh well!).

Some things from this pregnancy::

01. I feel really good sickness wise. I was pretty sick at the beginning of this pregnancy but it ended around week 20.

02. This baby is a MOVER!! I think it moves all the time. Which is a good thing except when I am trying to sleep or I happen to eat to much!

03. I definitely think this baby is lower. I feel it in my pelvic area instead of my ribs. The last few days I actually feel like the baby is bruising my pelvic bone. Its hard to walk sometimes.

04. I have actually been ok with not knowing the sex of this baby. When I go shopping sometime I wish I knew. But when the day comes that the baby is born it will be much more exciting! ( I am still feeling boy)

05. I think Kimberly is starting to sense something big is happening. She has been pretty clingy to me.

06. I think I have started nesting. I don't have a ton of energy but I have all these things I want to do. We have started cleaning the house (deep clean). We plan on moving Kimberly to one of the upstairs rooms and we would like to do it soon so it isn't right when the baby gets here.

07. I am down to two week appointments. And have gained a total of 6 pounds (which is still 14 pounds under my starting weight)

08. Heartburn is coming back and I am not excited about it. (but maybe we will have another baby with a lot of hair)

09. I have started going threw the baby name book. It is so hard naming a baby. I hope we come up with one before baby gets here.

10. I can't wait for baby to join our family!

Kimberly wanted to try out the Wii Fit. I was surprised it registered her. Then while we were driving she was singing so I turned around to capture some of it. The first is what Jeremy sings to her all the time "oh lizabeth, wo wo wo" then I'm sure you know the next two. I need to record a better video but here is what I have so far.

~Outside fun~

Last week I decided to bundle Kimberly up and let her play outside for a little bit. She was in HEAVEN!!! It has been a cold/hazy winter and we haven't gotten much snow, so we haven't gone outside to play. I think I will have to take her out more often. I just wish there was some snow to play in or build with.

~Making Holiday treats~

Grandpa Jared came over to keep Kimberly entertained while Jeremy and I made Christmas treats. We made: Toffee, Fudge (butterscotch), cookies, and a chex mix (which our family calls "Christmas Crack" because it is so addicting) Go HERE to get the recipe. (I use corn chex but the recipe calls for rice) While Grandpa was there he built the easel he got for Kimberly for her birthday. Kimberly loves to build and was happy to help! She actually stayed out of the kitchen most of the time. I was a little impressed! Thanks Grandpa for coming over to play.

~Grandma Patti's Christmas party~

After taking the neighbors their treats we headed over to Grandma Patti's for her Christmas party. We were so excited that Aunt Natalie was able to come in from Austin to celebrate the holidays. Patti made us some homemade lasagna for dinner and it was SOOO good! We then opened our gifts from her........

Aunt Natalie gave Kimberly a Dora guitar. She loves playing with it.

Grandma gave her a Dora blanket along with an Potty time Elmo, a Book, and some pj's.

Great Grandma and Grandpa Dyches came over to celebrate with us! We love spending time with them.

~Christmas Eve~

Grandpa Jared and aunt Natalie came over to have Christmas eve dinner (Jeremy's favorite Prime Rib) and then we headed to Temple Square to see the Christmas lights. It was a little cold but I love seeing the lights.

~Christmas Day~

Christmas morning was really nice and relaxing. Kimberly didn't get up to early (for her) and was so excited when she saw Santa had left her some presents.

Now this is how you empty your stocking!

Her favorite thing: Mini Candy Canes! (Silly girl)

Santa brought her blocks and she loved them. She sat there for so long playing with them. (Good job Santa!)

Rover liked his new toy also from Santa.

Kimberly got a new potty seat and she kept saying it was a hat. I guess we need to work on what its used for. :)

Daddy and mommy got Kimberly a new swing set. Because we couldn't build it yet we printed out a picture to give her. She looked at it and immediately took it over to her easel and started to draw on it. I guess it needed some changes!! I think she will love it this summer. (Even though while printing out the picture Jeremy read the fasted time it was put up was like 9 hours. We are hoping the grandpa's come to help this Spring!)

Our little family on Christmas Day! I love these two so much and can't wait to add a new addition this next year!

Mommy got: A new sewing machine, two of my blog books (so excited about these) and a new laptop.

Daddy got: an xbox and from work he won 1st and 2nd prize so he received a 46" TV and another xbox. (Yeah other guys at work were not happy but we are) :)

These were our bigger gifts we also received many other gifts from others. Thank you everyone, we were really spoiled this year.

~St. George~

::12/26/11::

The next morning we headed down to St. George for Maga and Papa's Christmas. We had quite the ride down. First right before we hit Fillmore the muffler started making noise so Jeremy pulled over and found that the muffler was on its way to falling completely off. Luckily you can drive without it, your car just sounds different. I will admit it made me laugh like a girl back in high school. I don't know why it made me laugh so hard but I did every time we drove around. Then we stopped in Beaver so I could use the restroom and get something to eat. Well EVERYONE stopped at Beaver so the places were packed. If I wasn't pregnant I would have said to just continue but I needed something to eat. After waiting 30 mins to get our food (from McDonald's) and using a bathroom that had no soap or towels we got back on the road. Right after we got on the free way Kimberly decided to gag on her food and throw up all over herself. I was just going to turn around to clean it up but it was to much. We pulled over and on the side of the free way I had to clean it up. I striped Kimberly down to a diaper and wash the seat as best as I could. Luckily I got a cheese burger down before this all happened because I was feeling a little sick after wards. So that stop in Beaver was pretty pointless!!!

We spend the first evening at Grammi's and Poppy's having a great dinner (prime rib again!) and then got a gift from them. We then headed back to Maga and Papa's to open presents there. Kimberly was SOOO excited to get her Dora Kitchen from Maga and Papa! And daddy was so excited to get his juice maker!!!

Lexi and Emma also got a kitchen from Maga and papa! These two girls were in heaven that whole night.

We then played games and just hung out the rest of the trip.

~December~

December came and went! I can't believe the holidays are over. We had a great month even though it was pretty low key.

~Kimberly~

01. She is quiet the character these days.

02. She thinks skipping is walking backwards.

03. She loves carrying around purses, phones, and wearing sunglasses.

04. She still doesn't like Santa Clause (Maybe next year)

05. She does really good with her big girl bed. Hopefully she still does good when we move her room to one of the upstairs rooms.

06. She loves looking at Christmas lights.

07. If you ask her, her full name she says "Kimerly Coon" It's pretty cute.

08. Her favorite work to say is 'huh' to everything you say.

09. She gets scared more easily these days. (She got scared of the bath water at the hotel in St. George)

~Mommy & Daddy~

01. Daddy has had over a week and a half off work. We have loved having him home with us.

02. Mommy is 23 weeks Pregnant!

03. Daddy got to feel the baby kick.

~Christmas Time~

We have been having fun this holiday season.

First we put Christmas lights on the house. We had to bundle up a little and I think Kimberly looked so cute!!! She was a big helper!

Then we went to Grandma Patti's work to see Santa! Well I'm sure you can guess by the picture how excited Kimberly was to see him.

But......she loved the present

A new baby doll (The whole week before she said she was going to ask Santa for a "baby sister please" not sure where this came from)

We then put up our Christmas tree. I love having a real Christmas tree in my house. The smell.....the look.....everything. Kimberly loved putting up the decorations. It was a little hard for her to understand 'fragile' but we made it without breaking any and we will need to get some more that she can do (non fragile).

Such a serious look on her face when she would put one on the tree.

While at the grocery store Jeremy decided to get a coconut to try. He didn't love it (he said it was to strong for him) but Kimberly LOVED it! She ate a pretty big chunk of it and liked the milk.

~Half Way~

~20 weeks~

Well I have made it 20 weeks! It's crazy that I'm half way.

As bad as I felt in the beginning it has been going by at a steady pace.

I still have my sick moments but it has been pretty good lately. Sometimes I forget I'm pregnant and then I get a cramp or a kick that reminds me! :)

The baby has been moving around like crazy and I am enjoying each movement.

Last week at about 19 1/2 weeks we had our ultra sound.

I love seeing the baby. They said everything looked ok but the doctor would say for sure at our next apt.

We DID wait to find out the sex of this baby. I didn't know if I would go threw with it but I am excited to wait and see when the baby is born.

Now we need to really start looking at names!!!

I have felt more cramping/stretching lately but the doctor says it is all normal.

If I walk around to much my lower body starts to hurt. I believe it is my sciatic nerve!

I feel like I am more active with this pregnancy which is nice. But I do enjoy my lazy days when I get them!

I feel like my stomach is starting to stick out (but not enough to put pictures up yet! Ha ha)

I still can't believe I have less than 5 months and I will be a mom of 2!!!!

~Crib-Toddler bed~

Well we finally did it! We changed Kimberly's crib over to a toddler bed. She has always been good and never tried to climb out. She usually just lays there until you come into the room. I was wondering how this would go. The first night was pretty bad but she was a little cranky so I think it was a mixture of a few things, that made it go worse than usual. It has been a couple weeks and for the most part she has done well. Fights a little at bed time but usually doesn't get up. (just gets upset) And nap time has been even better. Some days she will tell us she is tired and so we will tell her to go to bed and she will put herself to bed. So I would have to say no complains here! :)

~November~

I can't believe November is over already!!!! Here are somethings from this month.

~Kimberly~

01. She thinks she is THE BOSS!!!

02. She doesn't just say "no" she says "no way!"

03. We got her 2 year old pictures taken by my sisters. (hope to get them back soon)

04. We went to St. George for Thanksgiving

05. She is starting to throw real temper tantrums (oh joy!) but it seems to be only when we are out and about.

06.We have all had a bad cold this past week. It started with Kimberly.

07. We turned her crib into a toddler bed. It hasn't been to bad she has been doing pretty good.

08. She always wants to sit at the big table with no booster.
09. She played softball for the first time. (It was our first family softball game on Thanksgiving)

01. Mommy is 18 weeks Pregnant. Things are going well and I have been feeling better (Pregnancy wise)

02. We have my ultrasound set up for Dec. 7

03. I have been feeling baby a lot more these days ( I love it)

04. Daddy has been obsessed with a new video game!!!!!!!! The Elders Scrolls V : Skyrim
05. Mommy turned 28!!!
06. Maga took mommy (Keesha, Kenzi, and Janica) to the twilight saga movie marathon (ending with Breaking dawn part1) :) I still can't believe I made it threw 4 movies ending after 2 am!

~Boo at the Zoo~

Jeremy, Patti, Nick, Kimberly and I went out to boo at the zoo. It started at 8 am (Which is early for our family) but we got up and went. It was pretty cold so the kids didn't really want to walk around. But I believe they had fun. Some of the animals were pretty active so that was fun to see. We made it threw in less than 2 hours (we missed the main crowd that started at 9). And then headed to breakfast! It got us into the Halloween spirit.

For Halloween we pretty much just hung out during the day. Kimberly and I went over to Patti's work for lunch. Which was fun Kimberly was pretty hyper! Mommy made home made chili (which smelled good all day). Grandma Patti, Pa, and Nick joined us for dinner and trick or treating. This was Kimberly's first year to go trick and treating. She loved it and was so cute. She would say "Pick or Peet" and "thank you" at every house. It was a good night!

~ Kimberly's Birthday ~

For Kimberly's birthday daddy had to work and Maga flew in to spend the day with us. We had a really fun day shopping with Maga. Kimberly started the day looking so cute in her new birthday outfit and threw out the day maga ended up buying her pretty much every piece of clothing. First she bought the birthday outfit, Then at burlington Kimberly decided to be magical (While sitting in the cart she peed it went down her leg, into her shoes and socks but only got a small spot on her pants) How this happened was beyond me or my mom. While there also we found some really cute Dora boots that I wanted to get so bad but by the time we found her size and put them on her she was sliding all over the place. (who makes boots that don't have any traction) So we didn't get them. Then I ran out of diapers. She needed new shoes and socks. It was a crazy but fun day!!! Thanks Maga for a great shopping day. After shopping we met up with Papa, Grammi and Poppy at a Japanese place for dinner. I thought she would love watching them cook. (She hated the fire so she was nervous the whole time) But on the other side she learned and did really well with the chopsticks! I was a proud momma! ha ha

~Kimberly's Party~

::10/21/11::

The day after her birthday we had a little get together with Grandma Patti, Pa (trip), Janica, and her kids (Anela, Ariana, and Gerry). We had cake and ice cream and opened presents. She loved everything she got.

Mommy and daddy: Fish tank (We ended up losing all but one fish and another one before passing had babies but we are working on being first time fish tank owners!)

Grandma Patti and Pa: Shoes, a new baby w/blanket, bottle, and other items, and a two dollar bill!

Afa Kids: A shopping cart (Kimberly loves)

Grandpa Jared: An Easel and Dora book (Grandpa couldn't make it to the party but he came over a couple days later)

Mommy made a cake (not my best). Kimberly wanted her bear to be Blue!

Fire still makes her nervous so mommy and daddy had to blow out the candles.

~October~

I can't believe October is over already! As much as the beginning of pregnancy is not my favorite it is going by pretty fast. Some of the fun things from October.

~Kimberly~

01. She is Officially 2 years old! Wow!

02. Kimberly is very much the boss when it comes to mommy. She seems to not care what tone I have she does what she wants.

03. She can sing most of Twinkle Twinkle little star. And loves doing the actions to Itsy bitsy spider (sp?)

04. The other day Jeremy said "Are you getting hungry, Kirah" (and rubbed my leg) well Kimberly decided to copy him. It was weird to hear her call me "Tirah".

05. She always says "I NEED ______" (we are teaching her to say I Want)

06. She is going to be Pebbles today for Halloween

07. She has decided she wants to sit at the big table with no booster for most meals. (She isn't quite tall enough but she does pretty good)

08. She is still a major thumb sucker!

09. She LOVES to help mommy and daddy. And is very independent on doing things herself. "Timberly do it!"

10. She went to the doctor for her 2 year check up last Friday. She did so good and let the doctor do everything he needed to do. And then we were not nice and she had two shots!! On the way home she kept looking at me and saying "awie look, awie look!" I felt so bad.

Her stats at 2 years old:

Height: 33 1/2 in tall- 40 %

Weight: 22.99 lbs- 7 %

~ Mommy & Daddy~

01. Daddy is installing a fan and heat light in our bathroom. We are very excited about this.

02. Mommy got to hear the new baby's heartbeat at her doctors apt! (Love that sound)

03. Daddy has been pretty slow at his work so hopefully they pick up and get some work.

04. Mommy is 14 weeks pregnant!

~2 years Old~

~2 years old~

We can't believe our baby girl is 2 years old today! It doesn't feel like it has been that long. It seems like yesterday I was seeing her for the first time. She has been such a joy to us and we don't know what we would do with out her.

* She is so smart and surprises us everyday with new things she has learned.

*She is learning her ABC's

*She copy's everything we do

*She knows her name and says it so cute

*She can sing most of "twinkle twinkle little star"

*Her favorite shows are Dora the Explorer, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and Bubble Guppies

*She loves babies

*She is a good cleaner when you talk her threw it

*She loves running around the house with daddy

*She is getting close with knowing her colors

*She loves her friends Anela, Ariana, and Gerry.

*She is a big time momma's girl

*She loves bath time

*She has become a picky eater

*Asks a lot of "whats that?", "what are you doing?", "where are we going?"

*Loves having books read to her

*Can open doors

*Can count to 10

*LOVES watching herself on videos. (will ask everyday to "watch Kimberly")

*Is going to be a big sister

*She knows a lot of animals and the sounds they make

*She likes talking on the phone

*She now walks up to other kids at the store and says "my name kimberly" (its so cute)

*Acts like a mom when other kids are doing something there not supposed to

*Like to put on adults shoes and walk around in them

*She loves Steak!! (We found out today she can use chop stix)
I'm sure there is a lot more but this is what I can think of now!

~12 weeks~

Well I thought I should put a little post on our exciting news! Yes we are pregnant with Baby Coon #2. I am due April 28, 2012. I have been pretty sick with this pregnancy but it is different than when I was pregnant with Kimberly. I have NO appiteite!!!!!, I have to eat every two hours or I get sicker, I usually only throw up when I haven't eaten so it just stomach acid, I have horrible heartburn, I want to sleep a lot but my body hurts from laying around so much, I feel like I'm getting motion sickness whenever I walk around or drive anywhere and I feel like it is harder having Kimberly here because I don't have enough energy for her. (she watches a lot of tv!!). I have had some distractions I went to St. George, Janica has kept me entertained a time or two, and we have gone over to Grandma Patti's. Most the time I don't feel like doing much but I know I need to get out of the house. I want to be able to enjoy the holidays. We have so many coming up! (Kimberly's second birthday, Halloween, My birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years!) I have good days and semi bad days but they do seem to be getting better. Don't get me wrong I am excited for this baby but I don't think Pregnancy is my thing. I think Jeremy would have to do some REALLY good convincing for me to do this again! I'm kind of thinking 2 kids is a good number! :)

I have had one doctors appointment and it went well. The doctor said everything looked good and when he did the little ultrasound at the office we saw a very active little baby. So I am hoping at my appointment in a week we will be able to hear the heartbeat. And at this point I don't think we are going to find out the sex of the baby! (I know I'm sure I will have a few people upset but I think it will be fun to wait until the baby is here!)

~September~

01. We found out on Daddies birthday that Kimberly is going to be a BIG SISTER!!!!(more on that later) I am due on April 28, 2012. We are pretty excited. I don't think Kimberly understands it but I think she will be excited.

02. Kimberly loves to try on other peoples shoes. When it is time to leave she will bring everyone their shoes.

03. She is talking so much these days and it is sentences now instead of just words. She repeats EVERYTHING people say.

04. She knows the difference between Grandma (Patti) and Pa (Trip), Papa (Troy) and Maga (Tawni), and Grandpa (Jared). Its nice that she knows who everyone is without then being there in person. She recognizes them on the phone also.

05. She is the seat belt police. She will ask and tell everyone in the car to wear their seat belt.

06. She wants to watch TV A LOT these days!!! Oops!!! Her favorites is Dora, bubble guppies, and "Mickey the mouse" (that is what she calls it)

07. She is getting into babies dolls!

08. I have been trying to get it recorded but she tries to sing the alphabet, it is so cute!!! And I love how she says "Hello, mommy, hello!" (Also trying to get that recorded)

09. We went on a trip to St. George for Maga's birthday.

10. Kimberly has been waking up earlier than mommy likes these days not sure what it up with that.

~Zoo~ 4 new posts

For Jeremy's birthday we went to the zoo with Patti, Nick, Great Grandma and Grandpa Dyches. It was the day before his birthday because the zoo stayed open later. It was a fun day and the kids loved seeing all the animals!

Its hard to see but if you look close the gorilla is right next to the window!!!!

~Fish Lake~

Our little family along with Maga, Papa, Keesha, Greg, Jarryn, and Lexi meet up at Fish lake for a couple nights. It was a VERY fun and relaxing trip. It rained on us so we didn't get to fish as much as we would have liked but we got to spend some time with the family. For some reason these pictures are backwards. The first few pictures are of the fish we caught and after papa cleaned it we put it down to see what the kids would do. Jarryn and Lexi LOVED the fish, Kimberly on the other hand didn't want to touch it. I think if we would have let Lexi take it home she would have! She wanted to carry it around! There was an interesting story about this one fish. While we were out we caught one fish on Kimberly's pole but decided to put it back in the water. After a little while it started raining so we headed into the marina. My dad left his poles in their boat, so the one pole had bait on it and was sitting right above the water. After we took naps and waited for the rain to pass, my dad walked back down and the fish and game guy asked if that was his pole in the boat, He said yes why. He then said you know you can't leave your pole unattended in the water. My dad was like we didn't. The guys started laughing and said he was just joking but that my dad had caught a fish! (the one in the pictures).

Kimberly LOVED the boat rides. This one was when we were trying to get back in from the rain and wind and she was just chillin'. The water was coming up over the front and splashing us, she didn't seem to care. After we got into the marina she said "do it again!" ha ha

Every time we went out it seemed to be Lexi's nap time. So we built a little bed up under the front of the boat!

This is Lexi's and Kimberly's first time on a boat!!!!

This was the first night. We just walked down to the lake and went fishing for awhile. Yes we had to strap Lexi down to a chair! She is such a busy little girl! (I love my mom in the back ground!! ha ha)

~County Fair~

::Sometime in August::

Jeremy, Jared, Kimberly and I went out to the Salt Lake County fair. I don't remember what day it was! ha ha I have been slacking when it comes to posting so I'm forgetting things. When we first got there we headed into the petting zoo. It was fun but Kimberly didn't really want to be a part of it. She liked seeing the animals from afar! She did finally pet the cow but I wasn't fast enough with the camera to capture the moment. Dang it! After we took Kimberly over and she rode her first horse. I didn't think she would get on it without a fight but she actually did really good and I think even enjoyed it for a few rounds then she got bored! All in all a good day!

I just liked this picture. Kimberly was putting on her pants even though she already had a pair on! She is getting pretty good at putting her clothes on.

01. I can NOT believe how many words Kimberly says now. And the sentences she puts together! (There is so many I can't tell you all of them) One that I love is when we were in St. George we stayed in the same room so in the morning I would here her wrestling around but I wouldn't be ready to get up and all the sudden I would hear "Mommy, Wat up!" so I would open my eyes and she would say "hi" in the sweetest voice. (Make my heart melt).

02. We went to the Salt Lake County fair where Kimberly road her first horse! I didn't think she would like it but she got on and actually enjoyed it a few times around and then got bored!

03.This little girl is getting one BIG attitude!

04. She says "oops" instead of "uh oh". Its pretty cute!!

05. She went to Fish lake for the first time. And her pole caught the first fish!

06. I've decided to try the stairs without the gate on it all the time. I think she does pretty good on them but I'm still nervous she is going to fall!!

07. We took down the fence in the back yard and let Rover and Kimberly go play on their new grass! Its so nice! (Just a few spots that need some work)

08. She is in LOVE with Dora and Bubble Guppies! She wants to watch them all day long!

09. She loves to sing "ABC's" and "twinkle twinkle little star".

10. She is working on and getting better at counting, her colors, her ABC's, Animal sounds and body parts.

I found these pictures on the cd I just made! We loved sitting in Maga and Papa's Hot tub! I loved having Danielle, Kaydence, and Dominick join us in St. George. It was such a fun trip.

Sunday we had a lazy day at Maga and Papa's. While my mom was doing laundry I noticed Kimberly's blanket was really dirty so because it is her 'wobby' I had her take it to Maga and we put it in the washer together. She was ok with it but then when we went to leave the room she started saying "blanket, blanket" so we had her wave and tell the blanket we would be back. I like that she has something that comforts her but she has been dragging it around A LOT this trip!

Danielle, Dominick, Kaydence, Kimberly and I came down to St. George to enjoy the sun for a few days. We have had a busy weekend playing in the water. The first night we just played outside in my parents back yard. The next day we went over to the rec center and swam in the pool. Kenzi, Tanner, and my mom joined us. The third day we went over to aunt Traci's swimming pool. Carly, Cambrie, Kylee, Kenzi, Tanner, Jarryn, aunt Traci, and Lexi joined us. It was a fun day and we got a little sun. It was interesting having 4 babies under the age of 2 luckily we had quit a few adults to help with all of them. It was also Cambrie's first time in a swimming pool. She seemed to enjoy it. Danielle, Dominick and Kaydence headed home Saturday morning. Kimberly and I are still down here hanging out with family. I always seem to stay longer than I think!!! ha ha (Daddy even said he is used to it!) But we do miss daddy we will be heading home in a couple days. I'm hoping to go out to a tuachan show but we will have to see if we can get some tickets.

Saturday was Jarryn's 8th birthday so that night we went to a place called anitgravity. Kimberly had a lot of fun running on the tramps. (until she ran into the wall but then she did get back on the tramp) It was a fun time but I think they should have had a section for 3 and under. Then we went to one of my favorite places for dinner. (Pasta Factory)

While aunt Natalie was here we went out to Liberty park with Grandma Patti and Nick. It was a lot of fun but pretty hot! Nick LOVED the water, Kimberly was ok with the water! I thought I was kind of cold but I guess in the heat it felt good. We will have to go and play in the water some more!

07. She is our little boss!!! When we say its time to go bye bye she will get our shoes and tell us "innar" (in there) while pointing at the shoe, or when we should sit with her, or go where she is going. She will also tell us to "eat" and point at our plates.

09. She loves playing in the water but HATES to get sprayed with water. (like the sprinklers, shower, etc.)

10. Aunt Natalie came for a visit

11. This is kind of an older one but I just read and noticed I never put it. But when we are driving she will always asks for a "hamwhich" (Hamburger) I don't know why she doesn't like them all the time so I think it is her way of saying she is hungry.

12. She says "happy" all day!!!! ( I guess we are not happy enough for her so she is reminding us all to be HAPPY)

13. We went to the zoo for the first time this year. Kimberly was so much fun! She would get so excited seeing all the animals! The elephant was her favorite.

15. We went to Antigravity here in St. George and Kimberly got to try out her first trampoline and she liked it. (until she was running on it and couldn't stop and ran right into the wall) *She did get back on it!*

01. After we ate the other day Grandpa Coon was carrying Kimberly out to the car. We all got into the car and started to drive, when Kimberly starts saying "mapa (grandpa) hit me!" . we all started to laugh and grandpa asked why did I hit you that's not nice. She then said "it urt (hurt)". I have no idea if that is really what she was saying but that is exactly what it sounded like. Still don't know why she thought her grandpa hit her!!!!! (She has started doing this a lot! The dog has hurt her, other people hurt her, etc I have no idea were this came from!!)

02. FINALLY got hydro seed!!! Can't wait for a lawn!!!!

~Hogle Zoo~

Grandpa Coon, Natalie, Daddy, Mommy, and Kimberly went to Hogle Zoo. It was perfect weather for our outing!! We went around 11:30am, so while we were there a lot of the animals were getting feed. It was cool to see the animals out and about. (I was afraid that going in the middle of the day they would be sleeping and hiding from us) I think Kimberly enjoyed the zoo a lot better this year. She has been into animals a lot more these days. I loved seeing her reaction when she would finally notice the animal. On the other hand she did NOT like the dinosaurs they had there. If we got to close and it would make a noise she would grab on tight and would want us to walk away. After we went to Cafe Rio for dinner (yum!) and then we headed over to uncle Paul and aunt Jodi's house to swim (sorry no pictures). It was a ton of fun and we were so glad daddy took the day off to spend it with us!

She hasn't been to fond of carousals lately, but we wanted to try. So Aunt Nat took her first and she didn't want anything to do with getting on the giraffe.

But then mommy took her and kind of forced her onto the animal. After it started she actually enjoyed it and when I tried taking her off at the end of the ride she kept saying "no" "no" "more" "more".

We had to measure up!

Towards the end she got really tired and fell asleep before we could go on the train ride. Good thing we bought a year pass!!!

For the 4th we just hung out at our house. Grandma (Patti), Pa (Trip), Great grandma and Grandpa Dyches came over. We made home made garlic burgers, potato salad, broccoli salad, chips, and Home made Ice cream and peach cobbler!!! It was so yummy! Then after it got dark Jeremy set off some of the many fireworks he got. It was a great night, well except Kimberly didn't like the fireworks at ALL!! She just cried and wanted to go inside. I didn't like them much as a kid either so I guess she doesn't take after her daddy.

::7/2/11 - 7/3/11::

This last weekend we headed to Evanston, WY to get fireworks and then went to Grandma Coon's cabin. We had a lot of fun picking out 'good' fireworks. We went to three different stores and Jeremy couldn't resist filling the carts full! He is such a fire bug. Kimberly also liked putting them into the carts. Jeremy would ask her "Is this one good" Kimberly: "Yeah" and then she would put them in the back of the cart. We then headed up to the cabin. This is Kimberly's first time going up to the cabin. (Still not sure why we didn't go up last year) I think Kimberly had a great time. She LOVED climbing on the stairs and going for walks. We made s'mores, saw all the stars (Kimberly was amazed and was looking for them the next morning), and Jeremy helped Trip with some work on the picnic area. We only stayed the one night but after chasing Kimberly around and Jeremy working for awhile we were both pretty tired and ready to be home. Next time I will have to take more toys for Kimberly and we will have to go out exploring or 4wheel riding.

01. She loves to talk on the phone. She now takes then phone and walks around the room! (Her daddy paces when he is on the phone so I think she got that from him).

02. She loves honeycombs cereal!!! (Also cornpops and kix's)

03. 6/7/11 She came up to me and told me she had to go 'niky' (Stinky), then she told me she wanted to go in the potty 'otty'. I kind of blow it off thinking she had already gone. But then she kept repeating 'niky, otty', 'niky, woo, otty'. So I took her into the bathroom and looked in her diaper. *no poop* so I took off her diaper and set her down on her little potty. And after a couple sec. she went poop!!! I am so proud of her!!!!

04. She loves to dance and sing to any music. She will say "ut oh" when ever the songs end and then "tada" when the next one starts.

05. She got to go to the Princess Festival!!!!

06. Her favorite song is "Ramalama" by Roison Murphy!!!!

07. She is trying to put words together into sentences ("KayKay........ni ni........to?" basically asking if her and Kaydence can go take a nap)

08. Went to the West Fest and a Parade for the first time.

09. Was introduced to new animals at the petting zoo (Horses, Goats, Donkeys, Rabbits, Zebra..etc)

10. New sounds she makes: Fire truck "woowoo" Firework "boom boom" Horse "Neigh"

We can't believe how big she is getting. Everyday she is doing so much more and learning so fast.

01. Mommy's great uncle LaVoy Mann passed away.

02. The whole family went down to St. George to Corbin and Carly's wedding.

03. Kimberly gave mommy her first fat lip! Luckily it went down the next day.

04 We are getting so close on our yard. (pictures to come I promise I'm just waiting for us to spray hydroseed first) We are really happy with how it is turning out!

Aunt Nat is in Spain right now and while ago we received this in the mail. It sounds like she is having a great time! We can't wait for aunt Nat to come and visit us!

It looks so pretty over there!

The other night Kimberly insisted that we wrap her baby up in her blanket, read the baby a story, and that the baby goes to bed with her. So later when I was going to bed I went to check on her and this is what I saw. So Cute I had to take a picture!

Its been getting hotter at our house so I decided to pull the pool out I bought her. She had so much fun getting in and out of the pool. And lounging with mommy on the chairs.

We went to a couple West Fest events this last weekend. First we went to the parade: Kimberly's first, She wasn't sure about it at first. But by the end she enjoyed it and was waving at the people. Maybe next time she will wave at more then just the end cops. ha ha

She loved getting candy. Especially the dum dum sucker!

Then we went home and took a nap after Grandpa Coon (Jared) met up with us and we headed over to main event (West Fest). We walked around the booths, had some yummy dinner, and then walked over to see what rides and games they had.

Kimberly had a low fever all Saturday so she was a little out of it. We got her some corn (Her Favorite right now) but she just didn't feel good enough to eat much of it. Then we didn't want to take her on any rides. Not sure if she is getting teeth or if something is going around.

Then that night we headed to the school by our house to watch the fireworks. It has been so nice that we found that we can see the West Fest Fireworks from close to our house so we don't have to deal with the crowd!!! Kimberly loved them she would sit there and say "boom, boom, boom"

On Sunday Maga, Papa, and Neni (Kenzi) came over to hang out before there flight home. We always love when family comes to visit. After Jeremy showed Kimberly the poppers. She liked stepping on them and making them pop. (The only bad thing was that the package we bought was real cheesy so most of them didn't work)

~Princess Festival~

We took the kids (Kimberly, Ariana, Anela, and Gerry) to the princess festival at Thanksgiving point. It was pretty fun especially for Ariana but Kimberly didn't really catch onto the "Princess" thing yet. So after walking around and attempting to watch a play with her, I went and found a sand pit for her to play in. Then she was in real heaven when we were going to leave and found the water to play in.

The next day on our way home we stopped and saw Great Grandma and Grandpa Coon. These where the flowers in her front yard!!! She LOVES her flowers! I can't believe how big they are.

We went on a walk around a couple blocks and saw some horses (Kimberly wasn't to sure about them) A community garden, Saw Grandpa Coon's (Jared) Property, Played at the park, and got a drink from the store. Leeds is a perfect place for grandma and grandpa, quiet and very nice neighbors.

01. Kimberly said "Trouble", "Mess", "whadido" (what did you do). I don't know if I am remembering to put all the new things she can say!

02. She has finally figured out the sit and spin. She went around and around like 10 times in a row!

03. Kimberly and mommy went to St. George for almost a week.

04. She got to sat in her first hot tub. (Maga and papa just got one at there house!! So nice)

05. She has 14 teeth now!!!

06. She LOVES working in the yard with us.

07. She will go up the stairs and down the slide all by herself!!

08.I think Kimberly is sounding so much clearer in her talking and she is trying to put words together to make sentences.

09. She doesn't really like soda or lemonades. But is finally starting to like milk.

10. She can pretty much go up and down the stairs by herself. We still walk behind her just in case.

11 .I just heard Kimberly say to Kaydence "mon" ("Come on") It was so cute.

12. When Kimberly is going stinky she will wave her hand in front of her face and say "niky, wooo"

13. She loved watching the fish at the garden center.

14. She's still a little nervous but she likes the swings at the park.

15. She knows: Nose, Mouth, Ear, Eye, Chin, Forehead, Cheeks (she will pinch hers or your cheeks when you ask where they are, So cute), Hair, Head, Hands, Feet, Neck and Belly.
16. She also knows the sounds for: Monkey, Lion, Bear, Tiger, Cat, Dog, Horse, Elephant, Cow, and she knows that a Giraffe has a long neck (She will touch her neck when when you ask what a giraffe has)

01. We have finished the brick wall in the back yard, finished filling in dirt in garden, built up planters with dirt, planted our garden and planters. (we hope it is not to late on the garden)

02. Mommy lost her wedding ring!!! :( I really hope I find it.

03. Mommy went to St. George to help Keesha out (she had her tonsils and adenoids taken out)

........I forgot about these pictures!!! I was about to erase my SD cards to make room for more pictures and decided to look threw them one more time. I'm so glad I did!!!!

These are from the Sat. before Easter. We went to an Easter egg hunt at a park. It was so much fun for Kimberly. She wasn't so sure of it at first when all the kids and parents went running but then she got into it. I love having a kid to enjoy these moments. I Love being a mommy!

So after Grandpa read her a bedtime story.

These ones are of us at Discovery Gateway. We decided to take all the kids when Ariana and Gerry were off track. I thought it was kind of fun, but more for Gerry and Ariana's age. Today Kimberly and I went on a walk down to the park! She was in HEAVEN! I wish it would stay this temp for more than a day, I love the 70's!

Kimberly has finally gotten brave and will walk up the stairs, sit down, and slide all by herself! She is getting so big!

She was sitting on the car toy in this picture!!! She was in the back and all the sudden she pointed forward and said "tank you". I think she thinks I'm a taxi!!! I guess that is the story of my life for the next 16 years!!!!

When we got home from the park I pulled out the sidewalk chalk and we colored for awhile! It was fun but a little messy. Oh well that is what baths are for!!!

Last Saturday we went to my Great Grandma's 90th birthday party. It was fun to go and see all of my family. It has been awhile sense I have seen some of them. After the party Keesha, Jarryn, and Lexi headed home to celebrate Keesha's 30th birthday with their daddy and other siblings! While my parents and us went to the Supercross. (Kimberly went to Grandma Patti's house) It was a cool show (this first for my parents and me). A little cold but we bundled up and got hot chocolate!
Today I walked into Kimberly's play room and found that she had made steps to get up on the bed. (what a smarty!)

I found these pictures on my camera, I guess I forgot to post them so here they are. On Fridays I baby sit for Janica. We decided a few Fridays ago to come to our house and help Jeremy in the yard. The kids like being at our house. After working in the yard I took them to the park. Patti and Nick also joined us to the park and helped in the yard.

~April~

01. Kimberly's new phrases "where go" ( "Where did ______ go?" ), "i know" ("I don't know") I can't remember if I put this already but she can also say "all done".
02. Kimberly says "me" instead of "mine" (it's a lot cuter that she says "me" so I haven't corrected her!)
03. Helped mommy make cookies!
04. She now knows how to lay down and get back up in the bath by herself without getting her face in the water. (unless she slips and then she looks at me like I did it!!!)
05. She has a major attitude showing up. She claims things are 'hers' ("mine") all the time. She will not look at me in the eyes when I try to talk to her seriously! (when she is in trouble, or I am telling her not to do something) then she will look at me and say "hi, mommy" and will hug and kiss me!
06. When she doesn't want to go to sleep she says "ni, ni, no"
07. When we went to Lowe's she pointed at the flowers and said "fower"
08. She likes to push everything around the house like the item is a stroller.
09. She puts her finger up to her mouth and says "thhhhhh" (Shhhhhh) When we say someone is sleeping or when we do it to her.
10. Had professional pictures done 3 times this month!!!!
11. She can show you were your "no" nose, "mou" mouth, "eye", "ear", "air" hair, and "beep beep" tummy are.
12. Kimberly has become quiet the meat eater. She loves hamburgers, hot dogs, turkey, ham......

We had a great Easter!! Kimberly and I found eggs in the morning, had a great breakfast, took naps, went to Grandma Patti's for dinner and dessert, and Kimberly found more eggs at Grandmas!! The only thing that would have made it better was if my family from St. George was here!

~18 Months Old~

~18 Month Check up~

I can't believe my baby is 18 months old today!!! It's crazy how fast time is going by.
We had her check up today.
Here are her stats:

20 lbs 10 oz - 6%
31.25 in tall- 38%
18.7 in head- 77%

She is a tall skinny girl!! She actually hasn't changed much from her 15 month appointment. The doctor said she looked good and besides coming in, in about 8 weeks just to check her weight we don't have to go in again until she is 2 years old.
I talked to the doctor about something Kimberly has decided to do in the last three months. She holds her breath when she gets hurt (even if it doesn't hurt) and ends up kind of passing out!!! (oh joy!!!) it scared me the first time she did it but she came right out of it. She did it three more time before we went to the doctor. The doctor said it is some what normal and its called "Breath holding spells" or BHS. This is when they don't get all the oxygen they need to there brain, so they pass out, their lips may turn blue/purple, and may have seizure little twitches! He also said that she should get over it by age 2-3. I just have to warn people before I leave her with them so they know what to do if she does it.*Lay her down and put her legs up* She should come right out of it, and after 5-10 min. be right back to normal.

When Kimberly has done it: (this is more for my record)

01. In Feb 2011 we were at the clinic for her to be tested for RSV and we were waiting for her to go back. She wanted to push the stroller around (which was fine) she ended up pushing it into the bathroom and I was trying to get her to come out of the bathroom so I could turn the stroller around for her to push it some more. She started throwing a temper tantrum and pushing to try and get out of my arms. Then after only a min or two she all the sudden stopped crying and went limp! I started freaking out thinking she was having a seizure and ran out to find some one. (she was just laying on my shoulder with her eyes open) when I found someone I asked them where I could find some one to help me and they wanted to look at her. They said she looked fine and by this time she was acting normal. So I headed back to the waiting room where I had just wigged out. (very embarrasing for me) The other moms asked if she was ok and what was wrong. Of course I didn't know but I just said "temper tantrum I guess".

02. Mid Feb 2011 We were at Janica's house and the kids ran back to Janica's room to play. All of the sudden I heard a thud and Kimberly started crying so I ran back to see what had happened. Gerry was carrying her out to me and she was crying but no sound was coming out. So I picked her up and she went limp again and her eyes were opening and closing. But then after a couple seconds she was just sitting there. I just kept talking to her and telling her she was fine. I didn't freak out like the first time. Then she jumped up and went to play again.

03. March 2011 We were at dinner with Patti and Trip. Jeremy was playing with Kimberly and she bumped her head on the table. She started to cry and then went limp. Patti and I told Jeremy to get her out. (It scared Patti, Trip, and Jeremy because they hadn't seen it before) I took her and after a couple seconds she was fine and was eating dinner.

04. April 2011 Kimberly and I were at Sears and I let her get down to walk. The salesman was helping us find something and when he walked away to check on a price he didn't see her and tripped and knocked her down. She did kind of bump her head but it wasn't that bad. I picked her up and kept telling her she was ok and blew in her face (supposed to help them take a breath) and she did take a breath but then was just laying on my shoulder crying. I think I saved this one from happening.

Hopefully this isn't to bad and she grows out of it soon. Dang Temper Tantrums!!!!!

07. Counts 1,2 and then runs! Will copy us if we count to 5.
08. Gets Jeremy and I confused. She will call me "dadda" and she will call Jeremy "momma" sometimes. (I write these throughout the month and when I was reading it over again I realized the she knows now who we are! I'm momma/mommy and Jeremy is daddy/dadda!)
09. This isn't new but I forgot to put it on a couple months ago but calls all dogs and birds "rober" (Rover)
10. Went to Disneyland for the first time
11. Meet Mickey and Minnie mouse
12.Went to the beach for the first time. Kimberly loves the sand
13. Pooped in the potty!!
14. Has 10 teeth and getting more
15. Follows everything we do. Like: the other day I was blow drying my hair and had my head flipped over. She came up and tried to lean forward to flip her hair forward. Or yesterday Anela was jumping on the bed and Kimberly bounced her head and shoulders up and down like she was jumping!

~Potty Time!?!?! Maybe......~

I went and bought Kimberly a potty the other day to start introducing her to it!! Especially because she is SO obvious when she is going potty in her diaper.

WELL............
~She was pretty excited about it
~She loved climb on and off of it
~She would open and shut the lid
~She would even sit on it with her diaper off, but then would immediately stand back up.

But no pee or poo!
So the next day I watched her and as soon as I saw that she was trying to go poo I ran her to the bathroom and put her on the potty. She started getting upset and wanted to stand up so I sang the ABC's and read her a book. After a min or two she pooed!!! I don't think she understands what she did or that it's what your supposed to do in it. She peed twice on the floor right by the potty. So we have some more work ahead! She is a pretty smart girl so I don't think it will take her long, when she decides she is ready.

~Disneyland/Cali~

*Checked into house Saturday morning
*Keesha, Greg, Jarryn, and Lexi arrive.
*Papa and Greg get lost trying to get Keesha and kids from hotel. (Both GPS's are dead!!)
*Go grocery shopping and hang out at the house getting it set up.
*Kylee, Kenzi, Jody, Cache, and Tanner arrive late!

*Sunday Swim at the house, Go to Swap meet, then try to go to Huntington Beach end up at New port Beach.
*Take forever to find parking for three vehicles
*Eat lunch at a great little burger joint right by beach
*play at the beach, Kimberly was ok with sand but didn't like it at first. Then she liked it so much she was eating it!!!! Water was way cold so we only put our feet in it.
*Kylee, Kenzi, Tanner, Jody, Cache, and Keesha actually got in the water (crazy people)
*Have a nice dinner and go to bed for Disneyland

*Monday: Whole group goes to Disneyland at the same time around opening.
*First ride we went on (Kimberly first ride at Disneyland ever) Pirates of the Carribean, second Haunted Mansion and third Pooh Bear. Don't ask me why we took her on two dark rides first but we did!! ha ha
*Saw Eeyore, Tigger, and Pooh Bear Character (she kept pointing at them, It was a long line so we didn't go up and meet them)
*When we were on our way over to California adventure I saw the line to meet Mickey mouse wasn't that long. So we waited to meet Mickey. Kimberly was so excited she kept waving and saying "hi" "hi". I was so glad I decided to wait in line!!!!
*Next we meet Minnie mouse. Kimberly wasn't as sure of her. I think it was because I put her down to see if she would walk up to Minnie herself. I think that scared her so she didn't want to meet her. Lexi on the other hand was so excited and was reaching out for Minnie the whole time we were in line.
*Papa bought the girls there first pair of Disney ears with there nicknames on the back (Kimberly : "Cucumber" Not sure where it came from and Lexi: "Lexi Lou")
*Got to see 'world of color' show. It was a great show but next time we will try to get better seats at the front of the section to see it better.
*The first few days Kimberly had a little fever. I found out later that she was getting another molar!!!!

Don't know what this face was about, but it was cute that he had the same facial expression!

I really do love this little girl and am so glad I got to experience this with her!

*Tuesday we went to Disney a little later. After we got on the tram to go to Disney I realized I forgot my pass to get into the park!!!! So having the best dad EVER he went back to the house to get it. Luckily the house is only 10 mins away.
*My mom and I took the babies (Kimberly and Lexi) to downtown Disney while my dad went to get my pass. We let them run around and go in and look at build a bear. I think they enjoyed being able to run. It was a little hard when they wanted to go in different directions. Little stinkers.
*Kimberly played at the splash pad in California Adventure. She LOVED it!!!! She hates the shower but ended up sitting right where the water hits. I guess she was hot and sick of sitting in the stroller!!!
*This night we saw 'fantasmic' and some of the 'fireworks'.

*First time on 'Its a small world' I think she really enjoyed this ride!

Poor baby had very tired eyes but stayed awake to see the babies!

*Wednesday Papa, Greg, Keesha, and Lexi headed home in the morning. Jarryn stayed with us to have another day at Disney.
*On our way to Disney Kenzi realized her and Tanners passes were in my mom car (that Kylee had driven) so we waited outside of the parking garage while Kenzi ran up to get it. Well Kylee or Jody not sure which one told us the car was parked in Mickey E5. So that is where Kenzi went. After awhile Kenzi came back and said she ran back and forth on that row and couldn't find the car. So Tanner went up with her to look again. In the mean time Kylee called to say they were headed out to the car to go to the mall for awhile. My mom told her to call if Tanners backpack was still in the car when they got there. Because they couldn't find the car. Kylee got to the car and it was still there. When she called my mom to tell her it was still there my mom asked again where they were parked. She says A3!!!!!!!! Really, I wonder why Kenzi couldn't find the car! Needless to say we got his backpack and went into the park!!!!
*Had a fun field day at Disney. I went on Tower of Terror for the first time ever!!!! Not sure I really like it but I finally did it. I seem to do a new ride every time I go. (I'm a scary cat!!) I think at this point I have done all the rides at both parks now!
*Tried to take Kimberly down to Toontown, but found it was closed for the night!!!! Boo!!!! Guess I will have to take her back! :)
*Saw the fireworks show a little closer than the night before.
*Ended our Disney adventure on Pirates of the Carribean and Haunted mansion! (I thought it was interesting we started and ended the trip on the same two rides.)
*Got a few souviners as we walked out and took a few pictures in front of the castle.
*Got to the car to find we had lost the keys to the rental car!!!!!!!
*Kenzi and Tanner had come out to the car before the fireworks to get some warm clothes and couldn't remember what they did with the keys! My mom and Kenzi headed back out to Disney to look at lost and found. Didn't have any luck, and had a pissy tram driver. I called the rental place to find out what we had to do. They basicly said we would have to have the car towed and have a new key made. How much would all that cost!! We didn't want to know. As my mom was talking to the car rental Kenzi came running up saying she found them. One of the tram drivers had found them. Woohoo!!!!

Kimberly was being so funny this night at the fireworks!!! I love this pictures of her!!

You know it was a good day at Disney when you look like this at the end of the day!!!

*Thursday: Kylee, Kenzi, Tanner, Jody, and Cache headed home early in the morning with a stuffed full car.
*Maga, Jarryn, Kimberly and I head home around 11. Get on first flight we try for! Kimberly slept a good portion of the flight.
*Maga and Jarryn get on flight home to St. George!
*We definately need to take our daddy next time!

01. She is an official walker!!!! (It's about time little girl)

04. She tested positive for RSV but it wasn't to bad. Just like a normal cold.

07. Will NOT go down the stairs backwards. She insists on learning forward but just ends up falling into my arms. So we still have the baby gate up.

I got a couple videos of some of the things Kimberly is doing these days. Me doing the weird laugh was my trying to make Kimberly do her evil laugh. But as you can see she doesn't do it so I just sound like a goof. The first part is Kimberly playing with Rover. She hasn't been that interested in him so I thought it was interesting that she decided to when I was videoing. Then she shows you that she loves the word "no" and she shows you some of the signs she can do. Then I got her trying asparagus for the first time. And then she does the animal sounds she knows. Kimberly *Loves* her baby dolls these days. She carries them around, pushes them in the stroller, wraps them up in a blanket, kisses them, and hugs them. I love watching her with the babies, she is getting so big!

~St. George~

*Kimberly starts acting sick with a fever Feb 6
*Take Kimberly to insta care Feb 8 go to hospital to get tested for RSV
*Find out Kimberly has RSV Feb 9
*Take her to get suctioned out around 1 and don't end up getting in until after 3
*Go back to clinic around 9:30 Both times get told she has really thick mucus!

*Take her back to clinic twice a day for 4 more days
*Had a baby shower for Carly and Corbin Feb 12 (which is also Carly's 18th birthday)
*Flew home Feb 12
*Felt like my extra week in St. George was spend in the car or at the clinic!
*Love visiting family but do enjoying being home and being with daddy again.

We came down to St. George for a week and I don't know what it is about Kimberly and going somewhere other than our house, but she does new things or accelerates on other things. She has been showing signs of walking for a week or so but the day after we got here she was walking and showing off that she could walk. Even tried picking something up from a standing position. (she did this the first time but then got so excited that every other time she did it to fast and fell over) Then the day after she followed my dad around the kitchen down the hall and into the living room twice, Without falling once!!!! Now she walks everywhere she can. She fallows around the house and wants to walk in the stores and places we go. Its so weird to turn around and see her walking. She takes after her mother, in that I didn't walk until 14-15 months! Unlike her dad that walked at 9 months!

She thinks she rides in the suitcase when we go on trips!! ha ha Heading to St. George today!!!! (sorry it's blurry it's from my phone!)

01. She says all kinds of words. Main words: mamma, dadda, baby, rober (rover), no, cookie, nummy nums (m&ms), duck, oh toodles (mickey mouse clubhouse), minni (mickey), dora, blankie...... She tries to say a lot of the things I tell her. I try to get it on camera but then all she wants to do is play with the camera.
02. she know what the remote does. (turns on mickey or dora). She will hold it up to the tv and push buttons. then if it doesn't work she hands it to me and dances. (that means she wants to watch dora or mickey).
03. She is becoming a picky eater.
04. She started doing the sign for "bath" and "cookie". The sign for "chicken", "apple", "drink", and "cookie" is the same!!! She twists her right hand in the air! (not sure if that makes sense)
05.Walking a little more but still scared of it!
06. She loves Anela("nela") and Kaydence ("kay,kay")
07. She is very attached to My mom and Jeremy's mom! She loves them and goes right to them when we see them. I love it!!!!
08. We go get daddy out of bed most mornings so anytime after that as soon as we start walking downstairs she says "dadda?"
09. She went to Vegas for the first time
10. Met Santa for the first time. (Didn't go so well)
11. Had Croup!
12. Has 8 almost 9 teeth
13. Had another hair cut
14. Starting to play with her hair like her mommy does
15.Does pretty well with putting shapes in the right hole
16. Getting better at using a spoon and fork
17. we started watching a new show called "bubble guppies" and she likes to dance with them.
18.She loves playing with her babies! Putting the baby in its stroller, wrapping it up in a blanket, giving it loves.
19.She walks on her knees all the time. (I don't know why she does this it seems like it would hurt her knees)
20. I got her to say gama (grandma), gapa (grandpa), mada (Maga), Papa, Keesh, Ky-ky, kenzi, Pa, na (natalie).
21. She isn't sleeping well these days. (I think it's because she is getting her first molar)
22. She does NOT care when I try to discipline her, she just laughs. (it makes me more angry but I know she doesn't total understand)
23. She loves talking to maga and family on skype!
24. She wants to take her silky blanket everywhere, She doesn't want to sleep without it! When I put her to bed she looks around until I give it to her.
25. If she doesn't want to do something or you do something to her that she doesn't like she says "awie" (Most of it doesn't hurt, I promise)

~Friends & Treadmill~

Well we took Kimberly down and tried the treadmill again!!!! She LOVED it! We couldn't keep her off of it! I think her face says it all!!!

Kimberly loves having Kaydence over to play a couple times a week! This last week they were so cute. Kimberly is feeding her puff snacks!

I've been watching her a little later on Wednesdays so yesterday I decided to give them a bath. Having a bath buddy was fun!!!!

~15 month stats~

~15 Month Stats~

I took Kimberly to her 15 month apt. today. I think she is finally understanding what happens at the doctors, because she wasn't very happy with me. Especially when I would lay her down on the bed to take off her clothes or the nurse tried to measure her!!!! When we first got there the nurse weighted her and it said 18.3lbs. I was a little shocked because she weighed 20.3lbs two weeks earlier when she went in for having croup. So when the doctor came in and asked if I had any concerns I mentioned that I was a little concerned with her losing two pounds in only two weeks. So he decided to weigh her again (twice) and it came out to 20.3lbs so I was happy about that. Other than that she looks good she is a tall skinny baby! And she doesn't have to go back until she is 2!!! Woohoo!

Here are her stats:

Weight: 20.3 lbs- 10 %
Length: 30.71 inches-60 %
Head: 18.4- 75 %

She does however have to go up and have a blood test done. Because we have an older house and Jeremy works around chemicals the doctor wants to do a led test to make sure she doesn't have any in her system. Oh joy, more poking! I think I will wait a week to get over the shots she had to get this time!

~New Experiences~

This is my new treadmill I got for Christmas. It took us awhile to get it downstairs, it was to big to fit in the doorway. Well after we set it up Kimberly woke up from her nap and we wanted to see what she would do if we put it on the slowest speed and have her walk. Well........

.....It didn't go over very well. I don't think she was awake enough, so she cried the whole time like it was child abuse!!! We stopped, but I will have to take her down there and try it again!

The other day Grandma Patti took us and Nick to Hollywood Connections. It was fun and I think Nick had a lot of fun riding the rides. Kimberly wasn't sure about the rides but really liked the slide they had there.

I waited until it was just her and Nick and I let her play at the bottom. Nick kept climbing up the slide so Kimberly was trying to follow!

Other than that we haven't been up to much sense new years. We all got pretty sick for a couple weeks. It was a horrible cold/flu. Kimberly even had croup and had to get a shot of steroids in her leg! But we are all better now and are back to our routine. Well except that I have decided to do a round of the HCG diet. It is a hard diet (but what one isn't). I should be done with it around Valentines day and then I will be using my Treadmill more! Good luck to me!!

*side note: Kimberly had two more teeth come in making it 8 total!

~21st Birthday and Vegas~

VEGAS BABY!!!! We headed down to vegas for the night to celebrate Kylee's 21st birthday. Grammi and Poppy bought all of us tickets to the Blue Man Show and paid for our hotel rooms!! The show was really good and we had fun that night gambling, dinner, and bowling. Natalie came with us to watch Kimberly while we went to the show but then went out with us after. She said she had fun with Kimberly and enjoyed showing her off at the casino while walking around.
