~Liberty Park~

While aunt Natalie was here we went out to Liberty park with Grandma Patti and Nick. It was a lot of fun but pretty hot! Nick LOVED the water, Kimberly was ok with the water! I thought I was kind of cold but I guess in the heat it felt good. We will have to go and play in the water some more!

~Fun stuff~

Aunt Nat is in Spain right now and while ago we received this in the mail. It sounds like she is having a great time! We can't wait for aunt Nat to come and visit us! 

It looks so pretty over there! 

 The other night Kimberly insisted that we wrap her baby up in her blanket, read the baby a story, and that the baby goes to bed with her. So later when I was going to bed I went to check on her and this is what I saw. So Cute I had to take a picture!

 Its been getting hotter at our house so I decided to pull the pool out I bought her. She had so much fun getting in and out of the pool. And lounging with mommy on the chairs.

 We went to a couple West Fest events this last weekend. First we went to the parade: Kimberly's first, She wasn't sure about it at first. But by the end she enjoyed it and was waving at the people. Maybe next time she will wave at more then just the end cops. ha ha

 She loved getting candy. Especially the dum dum sucker!

 Then we went home and took a nap after Grandpa Coon (Jared) met up with us and we headed over to main event (West Fest). We walked around the booths, had some yummy dinner, and then walked over to see what rides and games they had.  

Kimberly had a low fever all Saturday so she was a little out of it. We got her some corn (Her Favorite right now) but she just didn't feel good enough to eat much of it. Then we didn't want to take her on any rides. Not sure if she is getting teeth or if something is going around.

 Then that night we headed to the school by our house to watch the fireworks. It has been so nice that we found that we can see the West Fest Fireworks from close to our house so we don't have to deal with the crowd!!! Kimberly loved them she would sit there and say "boom, boom, boom" 

 On Sunday Maga, Papa, and Neni (Kenzi) came over to hang out before there flight home. We always love when family comes to visit. After Jeremy showed Kimberly the poppers. She liked stepping on them and making them pop. (The only bad thing was that the package we bought was real cheesy so most of them didn't work)

~Festival of Trees~

Kimberly and I went to the Festival of Trees with Danielle, Justin, Dominick, and Kaydence. It was really fun and I think Kimberly enjoyed seeing the trees. We also watched a few dance classes perform and tried some treats. Kimberly kept doing the "more" and "eat" symbol and pointing at everyone that had food. You would think by the way she eats that I never feed her. She eats like a horse!!!! While we were there we got to try a pretzel, scone, and sweet roll. Very good!!!

~Let it snow.....let it snow...~

Today it snowed ALL day long so we bundled Kimberly up and took her out for 5 mins. She wasn't sure about the snow but does like watching it and daddy shoveling. We have had two really good storms so we have a decent amount of snow on the ground.

We had a great Thanksgiving this year. We stayed here in Salt Lake and had dinner at Jeremy's grandmas. Aunt Natalie came in for the holiday also. It was nice to see her and I think Kimberly enjoyed visiting with her aunt.
Friday morning Janica and I went shopping for black Friday. We did most of our shopping at Walmart but did go to Target and Big 5. People are crazy at those sells but I enjoy going every year. If I don't get things I wanted I'm not to upset! It was a fun little get away for just the two of us. I slept most the day after shopping, so Kimberly had a day with her daddy. And then the next day I got sick so she had another day with her daddy, they went shopping!
Last week was my birthday and the night before Grammi and Poppy took me out to Cheesecake Factory. It was yummy food and even better dessert (As you can tell Kimberly LOVED the Peanut butter cheesecake!) Then on my birthday Jeremy surprised me by taking me to Wendover for the night. Kimberly stayed at grandma Coons house. It was the first time I had left Kimberly for a whole night. I thought I would have a hard time but it was nice to spend a night with Jeremy. While in Wendover Jeremy took me to a show called "Chinese Acrobats of Hebei" it was really good and I definately recommend it. We did a little gambling and I ended up finding $20 on a machine! We didn't come out ahead but we had a nice time. The only thing that sucked about the trip was having a fire alarm at 2 a.m. and having to go out into the snow. It was a false alarm! Thank goodness!

~Car Seat~

This last week I switched Kimberly over to her big girl car seat. I am leaving her facing rear until spring but I figured this car seat gives her more room. I took it out of the box and put her in it to get the straps right and then placed it by the door. As I was cleaning the kitchen I looked over and Kimberly had climbed into the seat and was just sitting there. I think she likes it!!!!

She has learned and LOVES to point now!!!! When I go get her in the morning, as soon as I pick her up she points out the door, or whatever she sees outside of the crib.
Can you tell she likes Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies!!! ha ha I put one on her tray and she pretty much shoved it all in her mouth at once! Then points at the other cookies and then claps her hands (that is the way she does the "more" signal)

This little girl could sit and eat all day long!!!! I keep thinking that she is full and then as soon as anyone around her has food she goes right up to them and whines until they give her some more food. We call her our little goat! She eats EVERYTHING we give her!!!!

~Goin' to the village~

Last week Patti and I took Kimberly and Nick out to Gardener Village. We had a lot of fun looking at all the little shops and fun decorations around the village. Grandma Patti spoiled the kids like always. Kimberly got a new hair bow for Halloween, a princess duck, a book, and then we went out for ice cream at Leathurby's!!!!

Kimberly liked the witches, I was a little surprised! (Hopefully she isn't afraid of Santa!!)

The other day Jeremy came in from working outside and he left the door open so Rover came half way inside. Well Kimberly went over to see what was going on and started staring at Rover like" wow you are really BIG!!"
