So I have a question for all you moms! I have been reading that you should NOT have bumpers in your crib! So I was wondering what your options are on this please let me know..........
Try using a bassinet until the baby is bigger because they are small enough not to need bumpers. I used a bassinet until the baby was four months then switched to a crib, I liked them because it was small and stood up next the bed at the right height. I have used bumpers with all my kids cribs with no problems.
I've used bumbers with the twins, but I was too nervous to use them with Ella. I prefer bumpers, because the kids like to scoot around and if the bumpers are in there they don't get "dents" on their head when they fall asleep pressed up against the side. I hope that made sense.
I've read so much stuff about doing this and not doing that... I just do what I feel is right. And I haven't seen the harm with using bumpers. I actually think (as long as they're tightly tied to the crib and not hanging) that it's safer than the risk of the baby getting stuck in the slats.
Jeremy and I met while working at skywest airlines. We started dating around christmas 2002 and got married April 2008. In Oct. 09 we welcomed our first baby girl Kimberly Elizabeth. In April 12' we welcomed our second baby girl Alexandria *Ali* Marie. Life couldn't be any better!

I have always used them. I dont know they say once your child can roll and scoot not to use them. But I always have.
I've always used them!

I have always used them... don't want head bangs/bumps/bruises.
